What is the Menagerie Academy?

Our academy is a place for gardeners and farmers to learn, connect and share. We have FOUR ways to learn with us:
  1. Become a member of our private online membership community. With two levels to choose from, GROW & THRIVE - you'll discover one that's perfect fit for you.
  2. Purchase individual digital courses, instructional videos & e-books. Coming Soon in 2023.
  3. Book a 1:1 Coaching/Consulting Session(s) with Felicia. Virtual and on farm session options available.
  4. Join us for in-person instructional workshops held on our farm in the Sacramento Valley of California. 

Who is the Menagerie Academy for?

If you're passionate about flower gardening, growing or farming and eager to learn and connect with others, this is the place for you. All skill levels are welcome. We want to help you grow wonder!

What's included at each membership level?

Our GROW & THRIVE levels each include different products and benefits. CLICK HERE to view them all and select the one that's right for you.

What happens after I become a member?

After purchasing a membership, you’ll receive a welcome email with login details to access the member site. New content will be added to the membership portal. You'll be able to access all products & videos included in your membership level through the portal.

Can I get a refund if I no longer want my membership?

We don’t offer refunds on our memberships, however if you’re on a month-to-month plan you can cancel and rejoin at anytime. Should you choose to cancel your membership, you will lose access to all products included with your subscription.

I'm a member and I'm having trouble accessing products & videos.

If you are enrolled in a current membership plan, to access everything included with your membership you need to log in to your 'Dashboard'. Once logged in, click on the 'Products' to view all of the products & videos available with your membership type. If a product says 'Enrollment Closed' it means you are not able to access it from your 'Dashboard'.

I'm a member and I'm not receiving any emails from you.

Email is the way we correspond with members weekly to announce new resources posted, send links to weekly Q & A question submissions, give coupons and all of the other great perks of your membership.

Perhaps you elected to not receive emails when you signed up for the academy or may have unsubscribed at the bottom of an email you received. When you do this, you will no longer receive important information about your membership. Unfortunately, due to CAN-SPAM laws we cannot resubscribe for you. You have to do it yourself. Please watch the tutorial above to make sure you are opted in to receive emails from us and how to resubscribe if you have opted out. 

We highly recommend in the future if you don't want to look at our emails just deleting them rather than unsubscribing so you don't miss important membership information in the future.

I'm a member. What are the best practices for submitting weekly questions?

As a member of The Menagerie Academy, here are some best practices for submitting your Weekly Q&A questions:

  1. Keep it General: Questions should be somewhat general to benefit the entire community. For example, ask "I want to work on soil building. How can I get started?" instead of "I got a soil test back for my farm and it says I need to increase my potassium, what kind and how much should I add?"

  2. Keep it Clear & Concise: This will help Felicia to provide a targeted and helpful response. Avoid lengthy explanations or packing multiple questions into one submission.

  3. Weekly Submission: Submit your question by 5pm PT every Wednesday. The question form is sent by email and also posted within the community forum in your online membership portal. We don't hold questions over from week to week, so if your question isn't answered, feel free to resubmit it the following week.

Didn't get your question answered? We may have covered a similar one or simply ran out of time. Feel free to resubmit it the following week!

For those more specific questions related to your garden or farm, we welcome you to join Felicia for a 1:1 Coaching Session(s) so she can answer your questions and create a customized action plan just for you. Don't forget, GROW members receive 10% off sessions and THRIVE members receive 15% off sessions as part of their membership benefits. BOOK A SESSION
